Firm Policies

Thank you for visiting the Brown & Varnado, LLC web site (the “Web site”). Following are the policies of Brown & Varnado, LLC, (“B&V”) governing e-mail sent by members and employees of B&V, confidential information provided to B&V, and the Web site. Your receipt of e-mail from B&V and your use of the Web site is subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing the Web site, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms and conditions of use. B&V reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime, effective immediately upon posting on the Web site.

Privileged Communications

E-mails sent by B&V are intended only for the use of the individual or entity to whom it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged, confidential and exempt from disclosure under applicable law. If the reader is not the intended recipient or the employee or agent responsible for delivering the message to the intended recipient, it is hereby notified that any dissemination, distribution or copying of the communication is strictly prohibited. Privacy

If you are an existing client of B&V, the purpose of this notice is to explain what B&V will be doing with the financial information you provide to it, and the ways that it will protect your privacy. If you are not an existing client of B&V, this notice does not apply to you.
